Please note our financial policy has been updated in order to maintain and provide excellent service.
1) Full payment is due as services are provided.
2) Time reserved in the schedule is valuable to us and all our patients who require dental care. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or short-notice cancellations.
3) Full payment is due for major treatments such as crowns and bridges. Our office will NOT bill directly to your insurance. However, we can send the dental claim on your behalf and provide for you to collect the estimated fee.
As a courtesy, our office can still submit estimates to your insurance to assure coverage and we are happy to help with any questions or concerns.
